SHIPPING TIMING AND TRACKING
SHIPPING TIMING
All packages ship out within 3 business days of the order being placed. Pre-order products might need more time to prepare and ship out. The shipping notification with the tracking information will take a while to update after we ship out orders. Please see below to understand the timing of our shipping methods.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. If you are having trouble finding your order, or for order changes and cancellations, please email to cs@gl-inet.com and let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your order before it is shipped out.
RETURN TO SENDER
There are many potential issues that can arise during the delivery process, some of which may be beyond our control. In the event that your order is returned to us, we will take appropriate action to either issue a refund or send you a replacement package.
Determining Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Before a refund or replacement package can be issued, we must first determine the following:
- The shipping address provided at the time of order placement
- The current status of the package, including whether it is being returned to us
- Any unpaid custom charges, fees, or duties
- Responsibility for Replacement or Reshipment
Return Shipping Costs
In the event that the cause of the return or exchange is due to our fault or that of our warehouse, GL.iNet will issue a replacement shipment as soon as possible. If the cause of the return or exchange is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment. GL.iNet reserves the right to decide whether to refund an order in full at our discretion.
INVOICES
We send an invoice with international orders, but sometimes packages do get held up. The customs office should contact you about this, so let us know by emailing to cs@gl-inet.com if you do require any additional documentation. An official invoice will be sent to you via email if you request.
CANCELLATION
Normally the orders cannot be canceled for free after 8 hours of payment. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from GL-iNet due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING COST
We work hard to lower the shipping rates you see. If they are higher than you expected though, there are some things you can do:
- Consolidate shipments.
- Use a slower shipping method
Please note that free shipping policy does NOT apply to quote-to-orders and wholesale orders. If you do not find any shipping methods available for you, please email to cs@gl-inet.com for help. All shipping prices include a handling fee. We are reserved the rights of any changes on shipping cost in the future without further notification.
